- Delain - Lunar Prelude EP - 19th February
- Fleshgod Apocalypse - King - 5th February
- Rhapsody of Fire - Into The Legend - 15th January
- Serenity - Codex Atlanticus - 29th January
As well as new albums being recorded from the likes of Within Temptation, Epica, Tarja and (in a similar genre) Lacuna Coil. Could we also see the long-awaited releases from bands such as Wintersun, Haggard, Dimmu Borgir and Diablo Swing Orchestra? Time will tell.
